Important Transition Update Regarding Your Wealth Account(s)

As we continue to make progress with the transition of your Wealth Account(s) to BNY Mellon | Pershing, we want to make you aware of an important update to the transition timeline. We have decided to move the date we begin transitioning assets to Monday, June 6, 2022. This extension allows us to finalize client paperwork and provide the level of care and personal touch you expect from your relationship with us.
If you have not completed the paperwork, we will be connecting with you in the next few weeks to wrap up this process.
What does this mean?
- No action is required by you unless you have outstanding paperwork. If you do, we will contact you directly to complete this process.
- Your assets will remain held at RBC Clearing and Custody until we begin transitioning assets in June.
- Your new accounts at BNY Mellon | Pershing will remain open (or will be opened) during this period.
- Once your BNY Mellon | Pershing accounts are opened, you may receive automated communications from donotreply@digital.johnsonfinancialgroup.com. To learn more about these communications, visit our client resource page.
