Our team continues to make great progress implementing upgrades to our technology platforms as outlined in our August 3, 2021 communication. These changes will assist in helping grow your retirement plan, as well as elevating the retirement readiness of your participants. We are committed to making this transition as seamless as possible, with minimal disruption for you and your participants.

In this communication, we want to share several important updates regarding the transition.

Updated Blackout Period
We have postponed the start and end dates of the blackout period by approximately one week. This will ensure a smooth and accurate transition of all participant historical data. Participants will still remain invested during the transition and will also be able to view their accounts and balances online before full functionality is returned on September 20th.

Updated Contributions & Payment Instructions
Click here to review our updated funds transfer instructions for plan contributions and any plan invoices. The updated payment instructions are effective September 20, 2021.

Action Item: If we debit your bank account for plan contributions (and/or invoices), please communicate the new ACH Company ID 1273169253 to your commercial bank before September 20, 2021. As of September 20, 2021, debit references will read ‘Mid Atlantic’. 

Action Item: If you send funds to us via ACH, wire funds to us for your contributions, or remit via check, please review the Remittance & Invoice Payment Instructions that apply as of September 20, 2021.

Payroll Contribution Timing Before & After Platform Upgrades
A reminder that the Plan will be viewable, but you will not be able to conduct any transactions online from 3:00 pm CST on September 8, 2021 to the morning of September 20, 2021.

Updated Plan Sponsor Access Credentials
Please watch for a secure email from your Relationship or Account Manager that will contain your new default Plan Sponsor Access credentials. The secure email will be sent to you approximately the week before the completion of the blackout period for your access as of September 20, 2021. Your USER ID will remain the same, and we will provide a temporary password to resume your Plan Sponsor Access.
